INTRODUCTION

Triocon Space Frame Technologies Pvt, Ltd is an integrated customized design and manufacturing company specializing in design development, production, and installation of aesthetic, 3D Space Frame Structures using our “Advanced Bolted Solid Ball Joint & Hollow Tube Technology” in Steel, Stainless Steel and in Aluminum. We also design, manufacture and service other building forms, miscellaneous steel works and building materials to the construction industry.

Space Frames can span large spatial area without intermediate columns by interlocking struts in a geometric pattern which are extremely useful in projects like Coal, Cement & Sugar Storage Domes, Sports Stadiums, Airports, and Shopping Malls etc.

It can also form architectural marvels in long Skywalks, Pedestrian Bridges and can add aesthetic, rigidity and long life to smaller span structures like Metro Railway Stations, Swimming Pool covers, Toll Gates, Border Security Gates, Petrol / Gas Stations.

Manufactured to any practical geometry and aesthetic design as visualized by the architect.
Minimum structure weight and Minimum deflections.
Space frames are pinned jointed hence all loadings are on solid sphere nodal joints.
Members transmit only Axial Forces (Compressive and Tensile forces only) in the truss envelope.
Pillar less long and clear spans and cantilevers up to 180 meters.
All service lines can run through the frames.
Accommodate concentrated loads.
Suit irregular support positions.
Variable depth and module sizes can be selected.
Variable depth for roof drainage is built-in.
Pre-Assembly allows Project acceleration and accuracy.

CORROSION PROTECTION.

The exposed surfaces of space frame are powder coated(automated zinc phosphate treatment/powder coating) to decorative colour finish in factory.
INSTALLATION

Space Frame Structure partially assembled on ground, lift into position with the help of crane and will undergo full and comprehensive final inspection.‬‬
QUALITY TESTING

Testing all structural elements such as pipe, cone, bolt, sleeve, spherical steel ball (node), pipe/cone welding and Load Tests as per Quality Standards.

Innovation & Work

The conventional steel structures can cross large spans only in one direction but space frames can cross large spans in both directions. This gives great versatility and freedom to the designer in the selection of structural system. Since the self-weight of space frame is small, greater economy is gained in the substructures as an added advantage.
